Monday Night Football in Miami, a divisional rivalry, you know we had to pack the truck and head south! Unfortunately, since a bunch of the boys were in New Orleans the week before they couldn’t make the trip to Miami, so that meant I was riding solo the 20 hours from New York to Miami with a Chevy Tahoe full of gear and a grill hitched onto the back. After getting down there Saturday morning, I had 2 days to run errands, get the food ready, and pick up a few kegs. It turned out to be a great day with typical 90+ degree South Florida weather and about 40 people showing up for some Italian sausage and cannolis imported from New York and a few other treats.
