We have been tailgating for years, and have amassed some great recipes and some cool tips and tricks on putting together a great tailgate spread. Below you will find some great recipes and instructionals on how to make some of the great tailgate food we sometimes serve at our parties. The great thing about our recipes and tutorial videos is that none of us are trained chefs or cooks, but just a regular bunch of guys who enjoy cooking and having fun goofing off doing it. If we can cook this crap, believe me, you can too!

Ok, Mcdonalds is the most popular restaurant in the world. This isn’t an opinion, it’s a fact. It just boggles the mind that a place selling that kind of stuff can be worth billions, but sure enough, the fatties pile in daily. The key isn’t in the burger, its in the condiments. The best thing [...]

Mexican Hot Dog

September 23, 2009

We recently had a Mexican themed tailgate where we served all types of great mexican/southwestern influenced food. It was a great hit and allowed me to experiment with some things I normally wouldn’t do at a tailgate party. The Mexican Hot Dog was something I thought would go over like a fart in church but [...]
