Anyone looking for a great place to watch the Yankees games in the city should check out Sambuca’s Cafe in Little Italy. Ralph, the owner, is a HUGE Yanks fan and so for every game whenever a Yankee hits a home run everyone gets a free round of beers.
Sambucas Cafe is a great destination for desserts and pastries after dinner in the Little Italy/ChinaTown area as well as a spot for great sandwiches and pizzas. And for all the married guys, it makes for a great cover on date night where she won’t even know you are taking her somewhere to watch the game! Oh, and make sure you try their cannoli and tiramisu, they are New York’s best!
