During the pandemic, Joe is going back to his roots, but in a chef-ed up way, and taking it back to the tailgate….literally!

Joe combines the best USDA Prime grade steaks, the same as best restaurants in the country serve and unavailable to home cooks, along with a combination of traditional and cutting edge cooking techniques to quickly grill a sizzling hot steak and delicious sides for any special event. Joe is completely self-contained and requires no help or support from the customer, and leaves no trace once he leaves.
The meal includes:
Salad Course: Bacon Blue Cheese Wedge Salad
Main Course: Lafrieda custom cut Prime Grade Dry Aged 38oz Porterhouse for 2 (1 per 2 guests)
Sides served Family Style: scratch made cream corn, sous vide glazed baby carrots, steakhouse hash brown
Dessert: varies depending on party size and season, examples include grilled strawberry shortcake, strawberry cheesecake, etc.
Wine: 1 bottle of red per up to 4 guests
