The Jets May Be Losing, But TailgateJoe Is Still Undefeated!
Let’s face it, Jets fans. This season hasn’t exactly gone according to plan. The wins have been hard to come by, the frustration is real, and being a Jets fan continues to test our patience. But there’s one place at MetLife Stadium where the good times never stop, no matter what happens on the field.
Welcome to TailgateJoe, where we’re still undefeated in the parking lot!
This Sunday, November 1st, as the Jets take on the Las Vegas Raiders, we’re firing up the grills, cranking up the music, and doing what we do best: throwing one hell of a tailgate party!
And as always, we’re bringing a menu worth getting out of bed early for.
We’re kicking things off with a true Jersey classic, grilled Taylor Ham and Cheese, along with Mom’s Italian Wedding Soup, one of the sleeper hits of TailgateJoe. Our pulled pork will be rubbed, smoked low and slow for over 12 hours, and shredded fresh on site with competition BBQ sauce. We’ll also have grilled kielbasa, hot dogs with all the fixings, maple bacon mac ‘n cheese, and BBQ baked beans.
And then there’s the Sabrosa Burger, my take on Colombian street food and a finalist judges’ table entry at the NYC Wine & Food Festival Burger Bash. Of course, we’ll finish things off with Mom’s freshly filled cannoli!
But TailgateJoe has always been about more than great food.
It’s about the friendships, the music, the laughs, the cold drinks, and the family we’ve built over years of Sundays together. Sure, we’d love to see the Jets win more games. But we’re not going to let a losing season ruin the best part of game day.
The Jets might not give us much to celebrate on the field, but we’ll always have plenty to celebrate in the lot.
So come hungry, bring your friends, and leave the frustration at home. We’re going to eat like champions, party like champions, and remind everyone why TailgateJoe is the best damn tailgate party in the NFL.
