10/13/2019 Jets Tailgate Party, Cowboys at New York Jets

It’s Week 6 and the Dallas Cowboys come to town! We are getting a little bit of a late start on this one with a 4:25 kickoff, and Joe decided to make the menu a little extra special with a signature dish that has only been served once before years ago as well as a signature burger!

NY Jets Tailgate Party Week 6 2019

• TailgateJoe is the largest game day fan club and tailgate party for the New York Jets
• We are located in Green Lot E15
• Tailgate Passes do not include parking or game entry
• All parties are rain/shine/snow, if the team is there, so are we!
• All registrations are final
• Party passes include all the food and beverage you care to have

Menu:

• Smoked Shredded Beef Shoulder Clod. A Texas Delicacy, Joe smokes the massive slabs of beef for hours, then shreds and adds peppers, onions, and beer and simmers for a few more hours, served with horseradish mayo, and our bbq sauce
• Slow Smoked BBQ Pulled Pork
• Cheese Burgers, a Lafrieda Blend of chuck, brisket, and short rib, topped with cheddar, with minced onions and Joe’s Shackin’ Up Sauce available
• Chili Dogs, we won the Great Hotdog Cookoff with these, also kraut and red onion sauce
• Grilled smoked Polish sausage
• BBQ Baked Beans

• Miller Lite
• Other domestic/premium possibilities

Kelso of Brooklyn is a local NYC craft beer brewer. Their beers are only available in draft by the keg and served at NYC’s better restaurants and bars. We are pleased to work with Kelso as the Pour of Choice for all Tailgate Joe home games.

Location: We arrive and set up 5 hours before kickoff, and generally have food and beer flowing within a half hour. Our location is Green Lot E10, along the curb. We are conveniently located near the stadium. Generally, we have things going 12:15-4:10 for a 4:25pm game. More info on our location is here.
