It is with great honor, pride, and excitement that I can announce today that I have been invited to compete in the New York City Wine & Food Festival Burger Bash on 10/11. To be considered to participate and compete in an all-star field of some of the best chefs in the country and beyond is humbling, and a vindication of the work I have put into TailgateJoe over the last decade. Anyone that knows me, knows my competitive streak, and I greatly look forward to showing the world how a kid from Staten Island rocks the mic on game day, turnin’ and burnin’ for hundreds of people at a time.
If you happen to be free on the evening of 10/11 and want to have some amazing food and a great time at one of the premiere NYC food events of NYC, we can use all the support and cheering on that we can get!
